 After playing a rather strict father in Dhanush’s VIP, Samuthrakani will
be seen in yet another powerful role for Siva Karthikeyan’s next.
Ponram will be directing this movie which is tentatively titled as
“Rajini Murugan” and the makers have confirmed the inclusion of two
biggies “Samuthrakani” and “Rajkiran” in prominent roles.
This movie will be on the lines of
‘Varuthapadatha Valibar sangam’ will be entirely shot across the Jasmine
city of Madurai. The work for this movie will kick start by August and
most of the technicalities have been sorted out with Imman joining the
team yet again.
The talk is that Samuthrakani will be the
antagonist of this movie and will not be the usual stereotyped villain
that we see, yet in a varied role. Looks like the actor’s performance in
‘VIP’ has hit off well.
